Terms for using Ceylon 3D, placing personalised orders, uploading photos or 3D files, making payments and receiving custom 3D printed products.
1. About these terms
Ceylon 3D is the trading brand operated by CEYLON 3D (PVT) LTD (Company No. PV 00375295), a private limited company incorporated in Sri Lanka.
These Terms & Conditions apply when you use ceylon3d.com, create an account, upload photos or 3D files, place an order, make a payment, request support or purchase a Ceylon 3D product.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Return & Refund Policy.
2. Products and custom orders
Ceylon 3D sells personalised AI-assisted 3D printed gifts, miniatures, figurines and customer-supplied 3D model printing services.
Product images, demo 3D models and sample previews are shown to help customers understand the product style. The final personalised product may vary slightly due to uploaded photo quality, AI generation, hand finishing, resin/material selection, display settings and production process.
For photo-to-AI products, AI generation and production start only after payment confirmation and necessary file/photo review.
3. Customer uploaded content
You must only upload photos, artwork, logos, 3D models or other content that you own or have permission to use.
You must not upload illegal, offensive, infringing, harmful or unsafe content.
Ceylon 3D may refuse, cancel or request changes to an order if the uploaded content cannot be used safely, legally or practically for production.
4. Payments
Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, optional extras and discounts may be calculated during checkout.
Bank transfer orders are not treated as paid until Ceylon 3D verifies the payment receipt or bank record.
When PayHere/card payments are enabled, payment confirmation will depend on the payment gateway and bank response.
5. Production and delivery
Production timelines are estimates. Delays may happen due to photo quality issues, file problems, customer response time, production capacity, courier delays, public holidays or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive the parcel.
6. Intellectual property
The Ceylon 3D name, website design, product presentation, text, graphics and internal workflow are owned by or licensed to Ceylon 3D.
Customer-provided photos and files remain the customer’s content. By uploading them, you give Ceylon 3D permission to use them only as needed to provide the ordered service, quality review, support and related operations.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
Because most products are personalised or made to order, refunds after production starts are limited unless the item is damaged, defective, materially incorrect or there is another issue accepted by Ceylon 3D.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceylon 3D is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, courier delays outside our control, customer upload errors, incorrect delivery information or misuse of products after delivery.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
